According to “the science” germs are tiny living things that live in the air, water and objects around you. They lurk in the form of bacteria, viruses, fungi and protozoa. When “bad germs” reach or get inside your body, they “make you sick” while multiplying and “stealing your energy like parasites.
People who are sick are believed to be “contagious”, so that their “germs” travel to your body to make you sick too. In fact, not too long ago it was taught and believed that cancer is contagious, but real-life experience soon overrode that notion.
Why don’t I believe in germs? Because I am 52 years old and haven’t been seriously sick since more than 30 years even though I’ve been exposed to countless sick and contagious people. Germ-theory has never proven true for me in real-life-experience.
Once I coached a family who had come down with “Covid” (yes, almost the whole family). They offered to cancel the 2-day session. I told them not to bother as “I don’t believe in Covid”. I spent two days in close contact with them with no effect on me. They offered to wear masks, I asked them not to as breathing fresh air is many times more wholesome than breathing polypropylene fibers.
I am not claiming there are no such thing as bad, unsanitary or negative external factors. There are many inherently negative/positive places and people. I am not claiming that sick people have no effect on those in their surroundings. But these or “germs” and “viruses” only affect people who are in an already-weakened state. You can’t attract a problem you don’t already resonate with inside.
Sickness starts in consciousness. It starts with considerations, ideas, beliefs, thoughts, emotions. As these become more frequent and turn into decisions, words, choices (including food choices) and actions they crystallize inside the body as stress, toxins and waste the body has trouble clearing. Outside germs floating through the air are not the primary cause.
Pasteur was wrong about Germs. And he was very wrong to pasteurize milk, honey, cheese, yogurt, juice, cider, eggs, nuts, etc. to kill “harmful microbes” because extreme-heat kills the nutrients and inherent energy.

When I began drinking raw milk about four years ago, many warned me that I will get seriously ill from it. I received the same dire warnings when I rejected Covid vaccination. But I’m still around and healthier than ever. That’s real-life experience, as opposed to the anti-human-propaganda people are so eager to parrot.
On the one hand raw honey has been scientifically shown to strongly boost immunity to sickness, on the other hand it has been scientifically shown to make you sick? Both can’t be true.

The “disease causing microbes” that scientists find in “sick people” are also found in perfectly healthy people. How do they reconcile that? They don’t. If germs were the “cause”, we wouldn’t find them in healthy people. The things “caused” by germs and viruses, such as the flu, a cough, a rash or diarrhea are actually the body cleansing itself of bad foods and toxins, not germs multiplying in the body.
Germaphobes claim that we have experienced a huge drop in infections in modern times because of our awareness of germs-as-cause. This hinges on the idea that our History before 100 years ago was beset with diseases and plagues because we lived in filth and squalor. But, as you know, I don’t believe in the official version of History either.
Natural foods and foods left in their natural state aren’t toxic. If anything is toxic, it’s processed foods. If you don’t believe this, look at the health decline in America over the last 50 years. And yet, they continue to insist that processing, pasteurizing and genetically modifying our food is vital for our health.
Negative beliefs are more contagious than germs. I’ve experienced the onset of flu, cough, chills and fever dozens of times, but have been able to avert it with a change in mental attitude, sometimes supplemented by good foods. It always works for me. I catch the sickness while it’s developing, before it manifests. A recent example:
I had a long flight a week ago. I noticed my throat getting scratchy and my nose sniffing (funny how this never happens when I’m at home). I asked for a blanket (I was wearing shorts and t-shirt in a cold environment) but none were available. I closed my eyes, relaxed and mentally renounced the onset of a cold. Then I visualized high-energy ideas and stuck my attention there while falling asleep. Upon awakening, the cold was gone and we had arrived at destination.
If I can repeatedly and continually get rid of sickness by spiritual means, what do germs have to do with it? Not much.
The #1 detriment of health is consciousness. #2 Body Condition and Foods. #3 People you are surrounded by. #4 Environment. Not the other way around.
