What energy feels like
What energy feels like in different parts of the body.
When crown chakra or pineal gland is active it’s a tingling in your scalp. Some also feel it above the head.
When your third eye is on it feels like a clear feeling in the forehead.
When truth is spoken from the throat or thyroid gland, your voice is strong and doubt-free. When truth was suppressed but then finally spoken, there is a “choking up”.
When the heart is open and the thymus gland active, it feels like compassion and warmth. When it’s been hurt, it feels like “broken heart”.
When the Solar Plexus or Pancreas are open it feels like “butterflies” or a radiance. If there is fear it is often felt here because fear is related to powerlessness.
When the genitals are turned on it is felt as arousal. Most people are familiar with this energy but it would be great if people also became familiar with the others.
The “adrenaline rush” comes from the root chakra which is related to survival.
