The Science Cult

I attended a Christmas party. Someone was wearing a Christmas themed jacket, a tapestry of snowmen, reindeer and santa. I didn’t see that the jacket was sex-themed. The reindeer were fornicating, the snowman had a carrot erection, santa was having anal sex.

Nobody saw it!

We didn’t see it until the jacket-wearer pointed it out. Laughter as we incredulously took a closer look.

After he pointed it out, it was blatantly obvious.

So why hadn’t anyone seen it?

Because we didn’t expect it. It looked like a Christmas jacket at first sight so we didn’t bother looking more closely. This is how the mind bypasses reality by prematurely labeling and judging.

How easy it is to fool people! A thing can be hidden in plain sight because there’s no knowledge about it.

This is why managing, withholding, directing, censoring, hiding and disseminating ideas and knowledge is a Trillion-Dollar industry and why mainstream media is so tightly controlled.

Remember that one time National Geographic got it all right? (image below)

I talked to a “science” person the other day. He said he is “extremely” surprised that I believe in conspiracy theories because I seemed like an intelligent and educated person.

I asked “What did you expect a conspiracy theorist to look like?”

He said “Uneducated. Naive. People who can’t afford to go to College”.

He went on to lecture me about “the scientific method” and “occam’s razor” to explain why conspiracy theories aren’t true and how “irresponsible politicians and fascists”, use conspiracy theories to rile people up”.

He was one of Billions of people who label themselves followers of Science. “I’m a science-minded guy”. These folks think they are super-smart and above the crowds (religious people think the same of themselves. In fact, conspiracy-theorists also think that of themselves).

But just like anyone else, they are blinded by belief-system. They call it “science” but it’s a belief-system in every detail. Beginning with hilarious notions such as “The Big Bang happened by coincidence and created everything we see today”.

They position themselves as reasonable, rational. But within only 20 seconds he dished out 3 insults. Did you catch them? “Uneducated, Naive, Fascist”.

The name-calling of a group outside of your belief-system is common. I agree with him on this:

Being educated is the primary reason people don’t see the conspiracy.

Being educated equals being indoctrinated into a certain way of seeing the world.

But if you believe A it’s impossible to see B. As shown in the Christmas-jacket example. If you say “the climate science is settled” or “pizzagate has been debunked” or “only uneducated, poor and dumb fascists doubt climate change” you can no longer see beyond your own label. Eyes wide shut.

Of course conspiracy-theorists do this too and many are just as easily fooled (and will believe that Covid was created in Wuhan instead of Fort Detrick), but this article is about “the science” cult.

The core problem is the belief that we live in a mostly benevolent world rather than a world that is half good and half evil – with regular everyday people being of the “mostly good” type.

The other day I went for a morning walk. There was one airplane that was flying straight lines back and forth, creating a pattern of standing trails that stuck in the sky for about an hour before dissipating. I’ve never thought much about chemtrails, but it was painfully obvious that the 10 straight and parallel lines that just stood in the air for an hour, were not contrails and that the plane was spraying something.

I saw a neighbor walking his dog and said “I wonder what that is?” pointing to the sky.

“It’s a unique cloud formation” he said.

“Well, I’ve been walking for an hour and I saw a plane make it”.

“No, no, I don’t believe in chemtrails. That’s a conspiracy theory. I studied meteorology. Those are XYZ type of clouds” (I forget the exact word he used).

Being a “man of science” he completely ignored my observation. I saw with my own eyes. But it doesn’t matter. These kind of “science” folk won’t let reality get in the way of their beliefs.

This kind of “science” (= denial) has about as little to do with the scientific method as the modern Church has to do with the Gospels.

One thing is for sure: Denial will not get you maximum success in life. If you want maximum success you have to wipe the beliefs off of your eyes and see as clearly and sharply as you possibly can.
