The three dynamic features of Universe, which occur simultaneously in its objects, are:
1. Spinning
Forms spin around their own axis.
2. Orbiting
Forms orbit around a center
3. Spiraling
Forms move through space in a spiral.
This three-fold combo generates energy. The trinity can be seen in the double helix of the DNA, the Milky Way, individual planets, atoms, etc. The spin, orbit and spiral defines the shape of the form.
The body also has these functions, but they are more subtle. The heart, for example, is wrapped as a vortex. A charismatic/magnetic person attracts people into his or her orbit. Functioning social organisms such as family, neighborhood or company are modeled on this. Dervishes spin their bodies like planets to achieve a higher state of consciousness.
If you’re a seminar-facilitator or run a dance group, try this exercise: Have your group choreograph a dance that includes elements of spinning, orbiting and spiraling. Have one person act as central sun, very slowly turning (not fast as to avoid nausea). Have other group members orbit the central person by dancing or walking. Once this is established as a pattern, have both the central person and the group circle gradually move overall position in a rough spiraling motion or at least a larger, invisible circle. The entire circle and center gradually move around the sides of the room until they again reach the original spot.
Yes, each orbiting person is simultaneously a center of their own orbit while they are orbiting someone else. But showing this in a dance is too complex. Every human being is both a spinning center, an orbit and a spiral at the same time. We follow someone, swept along by their energy wave. Someone also follows us, swept along by our energy wave. And as a group, we all follow a spiral pattern of an invisible source.
The exercise, if done in synchrony, can generate a strong natural high that lasts for hours after the exercise is done. The upward shift in energy comes from alignment with the Universe.
