There’s a technique of remote healing that works like this: With the person’s consent, you project your entire consciousness into their body. As-that-person, using feeling sensation and imagination, you experience yourself cleansed and healthy. Then you return back to your own body. I’ve used and taught the method with some success, but I haven’t mentioned it often (except in one-on-one coaching), because the same method can be used for negative influence, without a person’s consent. The good news is that if you use it negatively, it will be used on you negatively. What goes around always comes around.
