Lifestyle Shifting

It’s good to shift your lifestyle every few months, not to get stuck in one focus, one frequency.

Five days ago I started this morning routine, which I will do every day for two months:

7:00 a.m Jogging in the Woods 20 minutes
7:20 a.m Walking 10 minutes
7:30 a.m Workout, Weight Training 30 minutes
8 a.m. Swimming 30 minutes.

Why? I’d like to see what happens if I do this every day.

Before that I would answer emails and post on social media between 7 am and 8:30.

And before that? Meditation every morning.

I will follow this routine until the end of July and let you know what happened.

And after that? A new routine, a new focus.

Why? Because the two most important things a human being can learn is to fully develop a routine, focus, frequency and then to shift a routine, focus, frequency.

My morning routine of Meditation was replaced by a morning routine of emails and social media. And then that was replaced by a morning routine of physical exercise.

None of these routines are good or bad, each are a specific discipline. What’s “bad” is not being able to develop a routine or not being able to shift your routine. First develop. Then, when it’s fully developed, after a few months, shift.

It takes about one month to develop a new habit and really get into the vibe and enjoy it. And about two months to get into it so deeply that you’re expert or it becomes your reality. Then, once it becomes easy, it’s time to shift.

There are many Universes to choose from. If you shift around too quickly, nothing is fully developed. And if you shift around too slowly, you don’t develop.

Focusing and Shifting, that’s where your power is.
