If possible try to avoid General Anesthesia. It’s not sleep. It’s you no longer being “there”. Where do YOU go during Anesthesia? I don’t know. With lucid dreaming and OBE you’re outside of the body, but you’re still there.
Some people report attempts at entity possession during whole body anesthesia. It has also been used in personally-splitting MK-Ultra experiments (funded by your tax money).
So if you’re going to do it, then at least say a prayer-of-protection before and after. I believe that will get rid of risks.
Lucid Dreaming is a positive state because even though you’re fully at rest, you’re aware. I recommend the same state in waking life – fully at rest, but wide awake.
Full Anesthesia vs. Consciousness
Because I teach conscious awareness and self-determination it fascinates me that there are drugs and gases that completely knock us out.
I recall a surgery a long time ago. The doctor said “there’s going to be a funny smell”. I smelled it. One second later I was gone. No recall. Three hours of “missing time”.
After watching a movie called “Blink Twice”, about a group of elites drugging and abusing people who have no recollection of the events, I went searching.
I typed “anesthesiologist” and “rape” into a search engine. To my surprise, I got hundreds of recent news results (see three headlines below, plus one creepy headline labeling sex-abuse memories “hallucinations”). It’s a real thing! I guess if you’re getting full anesthesia, it’s good to take a trusted witness!
Here’s what fascinates me:
1. Where does consciousness go during Anesthesia?
2. Is there a part of the Self that is witnessing the events that occur while the body is gone?
3. Is there a way to recover memories of what happened while being drugged? Hypnosis perhaps?
4. Is it possible to reach a level of consciousness in which these drugs no longer work?
I believe the answer to questions 2,3 and 4 is “yes”, but I’m curious to hear your view.
