Group energy entrainment and attractor fields

To understand what entrainment is, watch this short video:

We used to make clocks with large pendulums. Sellers normally had several of them in their shop. They noticed how they eventually swung in unison, led by the clock with the strongest rhythm. If an even bigger and stronger pendulum clock was introduced, all other clocks soon shift to its rhythm. Nature tends to follow the dominant leader.

Similar is observed in music. A high pitched voice has the power to shatter glass because the voice is matching the frequency vibration of the glass. From an article in Scientific American:

Physics suggests that a voice should be able to break glass. Every piece of glass has a natural resonant frequency—the speed at which it will vibrate if bumped or otherwise disturbed by some stimulus, such as a sound wave—as does every other material on Earth. Glass wine goblets are especially resonant because of their hollow tubular shape, which is why they make a pleasant ringing sound when clinked. If a person sings the same tone as that ringing note—a high C in legend but in reality the matching pitch could be any note—the sound of her voice will vibrate the air molecules around the glass at its resonant frequency, causing the glass to start vibrating as well. And if she sings loudly enough, the glass will vibrate itself to smithereens.

When you play an instrument you notice other objects reacting and vibrating to the sound. Bass can make the floor shake, plucked instruments can make the lampshade quiver. This is called sympathetic vibration. Sound travels through air or matter, the instrument and object don’t have to touch each other. It’s usually only one note that is causing the object to tremble, because both vibrate at a similar frequency. Playing an instrument can also cause another instrument, tuned to the same pitch, to start vibrating – even if it’s on the other side of the room. The unplayed violin begins to resonate with the one being played.

In my view, electromagnetic waves or “your personal energy” behave the same way. My understanding of physics is that there is no solid matter.  “Solid matter” is frequency. It looks dense to us because it vibrates at a different frequency than who we are (read that last sentence again, it’s important).

If I were to blindfold you and send you into a room full of depressed people and then a room full of cheerful people, you’d feel the difference. Even if I ask the group to be silent. You’d feel it in your heart or chest, on your skin, maybe in your forehead or neck. I’ll demonstrate this in only 5 minutes at my next Live Course. We’ll have everyone create a sense of doom and gloom vs. cheerful elation and have blindfolded participants “guess” the vibration of the room.

If you make no conscious intention or have no strong focus, entering a room full of depressed people will soon make you feel depressed and entering a room full of cheerful people will soon make you feel cheerful. The only way the world “makes you feel” this or that way is if you don’t make yourself feel a certain way.

“He pisses me off!”

“I need her. She makes me feel so good”.

“Watching a movie relaxes me”

“This pill will make you happy”

These are declarations of externally created reality. Most people are commonly in a neutral state. They are not intentionally focusing or creating anything, so external things and people create how they feel. This is why, in Live Seminars, I don’t impose my own energy on the group. If I do that, they’ll only feel good during the seminar, but in the absence of the leaders pendulum and the group pendulum they feel lost. That’s how cults get created. True empowerment is teaching a person to create their own intentions, their own state and energy. This is the polar opposite of celebrity culture where people are taught to “follow the stars”, getting entrained by their energy, lifestyle and viewpoints. Entertainment = entrainment.

Of course entrainment only works with what is already there. There has to be something within you that resonates with something outside of you. If you have not one small iota of cheerfulness within, then an entire enthusiastic group will not make you feel better. But if you have only a tiny morsel of cheerfulness, then the positive group will amplify that seed to something bigger. If you have no hate in you, you can watch hundreds of violent movies without becoming violent yourself. I’m an example of this. I have watched hundreds of violent movies but I’ve never been violent to anyone. If someone is already violent within then yes, the violent imagery can amplify that violence. There you have a workable answer to the question “Do violent video games / movies cause violence in children?” Well, that depends on what’s already within the child. You can only experience externally what’s already happening to some extent internally.

From this you understand that training is useful, but it’s limited. There also has to be initiative and choice from within the person. It’s no coincidence that the words en-train-ment and training have the same root. En-train-ment is the training of the ment(ality).

Two people with similar states of consciousness are attracted to each other because they resonate. Their electromagnetic fields have similar rates of vibration. They don’t clash, they easily feel rapport.

When you focus on a certain thing or even better, become one with it, you begin resonating with whatever is similar. You notice what is similar, you magnetically attract what is similar and who is similar. This is why I have always taught not to want something, but to be it. Either you choose who you wish to be or you get swept away in the collective normie-field, through entrainment.
