There’s an electric current flowing from your fingers. Place your hands about five to six inches apart (the length of an average smartphone). Curve your fingers like the talons of an Eagle. Take a deep breathe and hold it. Breathe out slowly. Breathe like this three times in total. Make the intention that an electric current flows through your fingers. Don’t put your fingers together, keep them this way. If needed you can rest your elbows on something. Stay in this position until you feel the slight tingle or electric charge, then release your hands.
If you were to use it for harm you might curse someone while throwing a pointed finger at them. The curse travels via the electricity to the person. But knowing that “what goes around, comes around” I don’t see why anyone would curse others. It’s self-defeating. If you were using it for healing, you might lay your electric hands on someone’s body and pray for them. That’s the basis of my book “You can heal anyone”.
We owe it to Hollywood that electric fingers are associated with evil. You may recall the Star Wars movies in which the villain Palpatine, uses electricity from the fingers as his weapon. In fact, every movie where I’ve seen electric fingers, links it to evil witchery and black magick.

In comic books, more often than not, the figures with the electric fingers are the villains.

Are we dealing with negative propaganda here, to keep you from developing your potential? Or are there real dangers associated with electric fingers? In my view, there’s a real effort to downgrade human ability and our connection to Source. Sure, human powers can be used for good or evil. Your mere intention has the power to kill. Some argue that it’s for the better that people don’t know how powerful they are. But in reality, your mere intention also has the power to protect you from others ill-intentions, with ease.
The mere fact of electric fingers is not evil. It’s just the way a humans are created. A Kirlian photo of human hands:

Take a few deep breathes to relax. Raise your arms above your head as in the image at the top of this article. Be the antenna. Use your finger tips to find a position or place where you feel the most “tingle” in fingers or arms. Move your hands until you find that tingle and hold them in that position. For your protection, bless your session by praising or thanking the Most High. Then make the intention to draw atmospheric energy into your body, through the finger tips and with every breathe in.
With the out-breathe, release focus on anything. In-breathe draw in the energy. Out-breathe, relax.
Alternatively, after taking in the energy, lower the arms and close the hands. This supports keeping the energy that you’ve drawn in by closing the circuit.
The complete exercise:
1. Find the tingle by stretching arms and hands in the air, as if you are an antenna
2. Intend to take in energy through the fingertips, then breathe the energy in.
3. Hold that thought and hold your breathe as you lower the arms and close the fingers
5. Breathe out without specific focus
Repeat this cycle a few times, until you feel recharged. The hands are only kept closed for a short time – a few seconds are enough for the body to absorb it.
Another alternative for step three is to lower your hands and rub them, in circular motion, on your face. The ancients used to do this after they prayed, some cultures still do it in prayer. One alternative for step two is to hold a specific quality or thought in mind that you wish to take in, such as “peace”, “strength” or “health”.
If you choose to make this a daily practice for some time, you’ll learn a number of things. One of them is that it makes a difference which direction you are facing and where in your house or garden you are drawing the energy. Experiment with different positions. If you want to get really experimental, use a compass or the position of the sun to try out specific directions. Another thing you might notice is how different times of the day have different energy. Morning right before, during and after sunrise is one of my favorite times. If you do this exercise without a specific intent, you are still drawing in atmospheric energy. But the intention acts as a vibration-selector.
The healing variation: Extend your arms upwards to draw in energy, as in steps 1 and 2. In the third step, instead of closing the fingers, you extend your arms out in front of you and your hands lifted upwards and you send the energy toward the person. You see this in certain Churches when they pray over a person. It is done instinctively, they don’t receive formal instruction for it. Church services start with some singing while people raise their hands and ask for the “Holy Spirit” to enter them. Later, those same hands are held toward others in healing. Ideally, the person to be healed is physically present. But it can also be done from a distance, sending out the energy while thinking of the person. One variation is to outstretch the left arm to take in the energy and keep the right arm extended toward the person. Another variation is to hold a specific thought in mind. You might hold in mind “complete healing of this person’s knee” while drawing in and sending the energy.
Feel free to experiment and find what works best for you. With the person’s consent you can also send energies and thoughts unrelated to healing. For example, you may bestow abundance or good looks on the person. I don’t recommend doing this without consent, even if it’s positive. Healing works best if you first resonate with a person or feel a warmth toward them and have their explicit permission.
