Dancing as Manifesting

The act of dancing is really the invocation or evocation of spirits and energies.

Our ancestors across cultures used it this way. Today we still do the same dances but no longer know what we’re doing.

Invoking spirits is a negative use of dancing, in my opinion. The ancients taught series of movements for that specific purpose. The video below shows a woman using ancient summoning movements she probably doesn’t even know about. If there’s no summoning intent behind the motions, do they have an affect? I guess not. But energy is being moved. The dancer then manifests whatever the lyrics of the song are talking about, if they let the message get to their heart.

Positive use would be to generate energy directed at your own purposes or manifestations, no entities involved.

Here’s how:

Develop a series of movements that symbolize the manifestation of your goal. It can be as simple or complex as you like. You can also use already known dances and label them to stand for various parts of your preferred manifestation.

To avoid leeching entities, let all your manifesting-work be done either “in the highest good” or “in the name of the most high”.

Choose a song that creates positive feeling for you. Perform the motions to the music while thinking of the manifestation of your goal, until you reach a state of trance. Trance here, means you’re no longer consciously monitoring or controlling yourself or the situation but enraptured in the music. Allow a few minutes to really get into the mood of your wish already fulfilled and you celebrating the fact.
