Company books me for “motivational training”.
They don’t know: I don’t believe in it.
If someone isn’t self-motivated, they’re in the wrong job.
I show up and teach reality creation instead.
Many companies don’t want that because it could mean employees quit their work to pursue what they love.
I disagree: You’re better off with employees who believe in your company and are there because they want to be, not just for money. Give them a vision to love and they won’t need “motivational training”.
