There are three levels from which to experience energy, qi, prana, vril, holy spirit, electromagnetic-self:
1. Physical (via sexual energy)
2. Etheric (via creative energy)
3. Spiritual (via higher states of consciousness)
Most people only know the experience of energy via sex. But this is the most basic form. Sex allows the physical body to experience some of the Etheric body.
Excessive preoccupation with and overemphasis on sex diverts attention from creative energy, which is the source of excellent work and productivity. Creativity allows the etheric body to experience some of the spiritual body.
And excessive preoccupation with sex-energy and creative-energy (or work) diverts attention from spiritual energy or higher stats of consciousness from which true power, strength and love arise. There are states of consciousness so high that a sexual orgasm seems insignificant in comparison. People who haven’t experienced higher consciousness become addicted to sex as their primary means of experiencing energy.
Excessive sexual desire also tends to lower one’s attractiveness and power-to-create.
I’m not saying one should become celibate or practice “withholding orgasm” or any such unnatural practice, but if you’re interested in ENERGY I recommend you release excessive fantasizing and excessive preoccupation with sex. There are MANY other ways to experience energy. Or why do you think high-performance athletes tend not to have sex the day before they perform?
