Check out the video below to learn the basics.
Then understand that these physics presentations omit how this relates to life:
1. Success
You can succeed in something by matching the frequency, vibration, mood or feeling of the thing you wish to attract into your life. What you resonate with, you become.
2. Clearing Negative Emotions
“Paradoxically” you can also clear negative emotions and pain with frequency matching. This is like when an opera singer’s voice bursts a glass from afar because the voice matched the glasses frequency. Or when certain sounds have been known to destroy bridges.
Both creating and de-creating require frequency matching. When creating, you merge with what you want, when de-creating, you merge with what you don’t want and then intentionally dissociate, rebuke, disavow or renounce.
3. Relationships
Human Resonance. You resonate more with some people than others, naturally. Once you’re consciousness changes, you resonate with other people.
The ones you no longer resonate with, naturally appear less in your life – you don’t have to force separation, it happens naturally. The ones you do resonate with, appear in your life. You don’t have to seek them out, they show up naturally.
If you need to temporarily resonate with someone, perhaps for Business reasons, you can do so by tuning into aspects of them you like, while ignoring non-resonant stuff.
3. Group Synchronization
Metronomes or old Clocks, when put in the same space, eventually start ticking at the same rate, synchronizing their speed and direction (check out videos on this if you don’t believe it). Fireflies in proximity eventually all start light-flashing at the same time.
This group resonance naturally happens with couples and in groups that are in physical proximity. It’s natures way of creating harmony and order out of chaos (and completely debunks the notion that our cosmos is “chaotic by nature”).
This is why most arguments between couples usually happen when both are “coming from” completely different places when they initially meet. But sit them beside each other for a while, and their energies start harmonizing and they get “into the swing of things”.
The downside of natural synchronization is that groups (and relationships) often overpower individual will and preference, which is easier to maintain outside of any group allegiance. This is why it’s important to have some alone time now and then. The upside is that extraordinary energy is produced in group synchrony.
4. Focus and Release
Resonance teaches us that there’s a time for focus and a time for letting go. It’s not either/or.
To understand this, consider pushing a child on a swing, as in the video below. The pushing represents focus and the letting go represents release. Both are needed for a movement in flow.
TIMING is the key here. If you push (act, focus) to soon, you disrupt the swing and it becomes wobbly. If you push too late, you take the wind out of its sales. The swing-pusher must wait until the right time – when the pendulum (in this case the child) is all the way back, near your hands, that’s the right time to give a gentle push. Pushing too hard (focusing too hard) disrupts the swing too. Pushing too soft (laziness) doesn’t provide enough energy.
With the right timing and right amount, the swing gains MOMENTUM and swings on its own for a while before additional effort is required.
If it’s hard for you to understand how all this applies to your life, just remember this: Don’t work too hard, don’t work too little and you’ll have flow (momentum).
