When good things happen and you don’t know why

This is about things improving without conscious effort. The idea that every improvement requires conscious effort and hard, hard, hard work is FALSE. It’s true that you can use work and effort to create positive change. But some positive changes happen without effort.

I had a painful tendonitis in my heel on and off for many years because of all the racket-sports I play.

I used to have to be careful how I move.I used to have to skip sports matches to heal my foot.I used to have pain when walking stairs. I used to have to do special exercises for my tendons.

All that has been gone since about 10 months and I don’t know why. Not the slightest pain or discomfort. I can move as I wish. No more being careful.

How? Why? What changes did I make a year ago? It could be many things. I haven’t changed my shoe brands. I haven’t decreased the amount of sports I do, I’ve increased it. So what could it be?

A year ago I started drinking raw milk once a week, now I drink it every day. I removed Wi-Fi from my life (I use cable instead). I moved to an elevated area and drier area. Even though those three things have created positive changes for me, I don’t know if one, all or none are related to the mysterious healing.

I’ll just have to accept that a lot of good things happen without me even trying!
