What is my Business and what is none of my Business

Fred: “I believe all drugs should be legalized”

“Huh? I thought you don’t like drugs, Fred???”

Just because I personally don’t like something, doesn’t mean it should be legislated for everyone else.

Modern society: Some insecure person doesn’t like something, so they go into politics and force everyone else to follow their mindset.

A mature person openly states his or her preference without needing to change others. This is the essence of Libertarian thought, which I’ve been a lifelong propagandist of. It’s also saves you a lot of trouble and brings peace to your world.

“But drugs are bad, you said so yourself. We can’t allow people to harm themselves”

By depriving people of making a choice, they cannot learn what’s good. When we treat people like children, they don’t grow into adults. Many do the opposite of what you tell them to do, simply out of reaction to being forced in one direction. If you force them not to take drugs, some will. If you force them to take the jab, some wont.

If the covid-jabs were actually good they wouldn’t have to be mandatory. What’s good naturally wins in the marketplace of ideas – unless you have thousands of politicians regulating and micro-managing every aspect of society, like the globalist-transhumanist-smart-city-building-fully-vaccinated-medicated-biohacked-emotionless-bionic-moronic-malnourished-palefaces currently running the realm.

Your choices are none of my Business. Your speech is none of my Business. Even your bad choices are none of my Business!

“So you’re saying that murder, rape, child abuse, gun violence – all these things happening around you are none of your Business? You’re cruel!”

Your choices are none of my Business. Spiritually seen, even your criminal choices fall back on you and won’t affect me. People who have been unjustly harmed will receive karmic justice. But for the sake of civilized society and because people no longer understand spirituality, I sometimes intervene when the innocent are harmed.

In other words, if you illegally build solar panels in your garden, I won’t report you. Your adherence to rules is something you need to figure out for yourself. But if you torture your dogs, I certainly will.

But only if I witness it. I won’t travel to another country to save-the-dogs there. When you personally witness something, you become responsible for a decision about it. Everything that presents itself in your field of awareness (in real life, not on screen) is there for you to decide on. Will I let it go, pursue it, ignore it, go with it, condemn it, praise it, act on it, etc.

This guy volunteered to mow a lawn around an abandoned house. He thought he was doing good for the neighborhood. He wasn’t asked to do it, he just wanted to do a good deed – make the world a better place. The property owner called the police and had the him questioned for trespassing.

It turned out the owner was letting the grass grow intentionally because she had rented out the property to a movie production company who was scheduled to use it as their film set for several scenes. The shoot got cancelled and hundreds of people were negatively affected – crew, director, actors, production company and especially the property owner who was now in breach of contract.

Because I don’t ASSUME, I almost never offer help unless I’m specifically called or paid to help. Even in the aftermath of a recent storm, I asked neighbors if they wanted help removing debris and trees before doing it.

The biggest problem we face today is that too many things are happening that nobody asked for – engineered by self-styled do-gooders who think they know better. In reality we can manage well on our own in small, localized Government. We don’t need all these eggheads staging “mass influence”.
