What happened when I quit using normie-shampoo

By the time I was 42 I was losing hair rapidly. There was a bald spot on the top of my head. I didn’t see it from the front but my barber never tired of showing it to me with his mirror. Hair in the front and left corners was fading too.

One hairdresser predicted I’m going bald. “There’s nothing you can do about it, it’s hereditary. You might as well shave off your hair”.

But there was nobody in my family with hair loss, so how was it hereditary?

If you look at old videos on YouTube, between 2016 and 2020, you can see signs of hair loss, even though I never filmed myself from the back.

In 2018, at age 44, I quit using normie-shampoo (I had already quit putting “products” in my hair in my twenties).

From that point forward I used pure water or organic shampoo.

It took a couple of years for effects to show, but today, in 2024, my hair looks more full than throughout my entire 40s or even 30s, as you see on newer videos. Even the bald spot is gone!

But didn’t the experts tell me that nothing can be done about this because it’s hereditary? As so often in my life, the experts are wrong. We mustn’t buy into the limitations and fears of others.

Changes in nutrition contributed to this, but the main factor was quitting normie-shampoo.

What is a normie? That is someone who blindly trusts mainstream news, corporations, politicians, media, etc.

What is normie-shampoo? It’s the toxic sludge offered in supermarkets and drugstores. If it contains ingredients you can’t even pronounce, where you don’t even know what they are, why put it in your hair?
