Send love to every person you’ve ever met

Before falling asleep an exercise came to me. It led to a vivid, life-altering lucid dream and a surprising boost in energy when I woke up next morning.

I thought of a person from my past and mentally said:

May you find peace.

I did this for every person I’ve ever met and could remember. If I remembered their name I said it, followed by May you find peace.

I’ve met tens of thousands of people so the exercise went on and on. It was fun, I preferred not to sleep but to travel to the outermost limits of memory.

The more I remembered, the more other memories resurfaced. I recovered long lost memories. This is where some of the next-morning energy surplus came from. Memories come with emotional energy attached. By briefly re-capturing the memory from the perspective of your older, more mature and more neutral consciousness, old energy is released and an energy surplus is available today.

I assert there’s also an energy chord connecting you with every person you’ve ever met and also people you’ve never met but often thought about. Recalling someone and wishing them well is akin to formally ending your commitment with them, which releases at least some of those energy chords, resulting in more energy gain.

When I ran out of people I met, I included people I hadn’t met but thought about a lot. People my spouse frequently talked about. The energy chords that connects me to those people are weaker but they are still there due to years of focus.

Then I went through all the public figures I ever thought about but never met. The circus of life presents myriad faces, roles, archetypes for our entertainment. But never having met them, what do we really know? My well wishes included friend and foe, high and low.

I consider doing it again with “may you find riches”, “may you find love”, etc. What you send out, you get back. So ELEVATE every person you’ve ever met.

I was still doing the exercise as I fell asleep and slipped into one of the most fantastically fun lucid dreams I’ve ever had (to be shared at another time and place).

If you try this exercise I wish you well and may you find peace, love and prosperity.
