“Scientific Discoveries” are stolen from ancient traditional knowledge.

I’ve discussed this previously, but here are two more prominent examples:

For centuries people used moldy bread and other fermented stuff to treat wounds. The practice is found in ancient Europe, China and Africa. They knew that mold has Penicillium, the basis for penicillin.

These treatments were labeled “superstition”. Then, not long ago, science “discovered” penicillin as an antibiotic.

In traditional medicine headache, fever and inflammation was treated with willow bark. The relieving ingredient in willow bark is salicin.

This treatment was labeled “superstition” in the 1800s. Then, in the 1900s science “discovered” aspirin, which is a derivative of salicin.
