This is just personal opinion.
My cosmology says reincarnation is possible but not desirable.
New soul’s are born “up there” and sent to Earth to mature. Earth is a training school for immature souls. In case you haven’t noticed. It’s not possible to mature quickly in a place without challenge.
Once training is done, you’re ready for real life in what humans think is a “higher realm” or “heaven”.
In normal cases, it’s not necessary for you to come back. Coming back is an aberration, something went wrong.
All souls go through similar challenges. Love, Death, Struggle, Joy, Sex, Work, Play, Learning, Doing, Being, etc. Nobody who is here, is exempt. Nobody here is especially enlightened (mature), even though many pretend to be.
Souls are asked if they REALLY wish to come here, despite all the challenges. All souls who are here, chose to be. They are EAGER to come here, knowing that it quickens their growth.
A soul that has been through Earth, is no longer a child, is considered truly experienced and tough, compared to Souls who chose not to come here.
