Sound controversial? Sure.
But I’ve spent my life teaching that we attract certain events into our life, based on our fears and beliefs – so why shouldn’t consciousness also affect disasters?
I’ve lived through three Hurricanes, five Tornadoes and one Tsunami which were devastating and left many houses in my surrounding flooded and destroyed. Especially during my time living in Florida (2022 and 2023) I witnessed destruction all around me.
But some houses – including mine – always remain unscathed. I merely had some minor roof repairs – but not on a house I was living in, one I was renting out.
Coincidence?
During “Hurricane Ian” a few years ago many of the houses on my street were horribly flooded. My house – standing at the same level and on the same street, remained dry.
Why? There’s no “scientific explanation” for it.
In 2024, to get away from all these Hurricanes, I moved to the Blue Ridge Mountains, but the same thing happened. Hurricane “Helene” wrecked hundreds of houses around me, some of them beyond repair. Trees fell into houses, completely crushing them.
Once again, my house and a couple of others were unscathed, untouched, unbothered.
A reflection of my unbothered inner state?
The HOA of the community voted to have each member of the community pay thousands of Dollars for repairs through Hurricane damages. “If everyone pitches in, we can fix our neighborhood”. You see why I’m skeptical of socialist schemes. Why should I pay for other people’s damages? I didn’t attract that reality but you want me to pay for other people attracting it?
I’m not saying that people consciously attract bad things into their life. But what if a people’s emotions, and conduct have something to do with what happens in their life?
I found a Bible-verse that’s even more controversial than what I’m saying here:
