How deleting “cookies” restores flow

The dumbest thing about the Internet is how cookies, trackers and algorithms keep showing you the same thing you already saw and have mentally released. You were briefly interested, clicked on it or read it. Then you’re done and move on. But trackers insist that you keep wanting to see the same thing.

I purchase a mattress. Henceforth I’m shown mattresses-ads across many websites. I already got one, why would I want to see others?

I read a post. Now the algorithm shows me hundreds of similar post, assuming I want to see thousands more on the same topic. No, I was just briefly curious.

The automated imposition mimics the mind getting stuck or obsessed. FLOW is to have no particular fixation. FLOW is naturally moving to another thing once interest is satisfied. A new day could bring a new interest. Or I continue with the same interest, but as a matter of personal CHOICE choice, not because it’s imposed, suggested, forced.

My browser setting automatically deletes all cookies and trackers after exit, for this reason. This corresponds to clearing the mind.
