Is there a feeling you’d like to have more often? Is there a feeling you’d like to let go of? “Experiencing a Feeling” was made to help you do either – intensify preferred states and take the sting out of non-preferred states. Most people have never learned to properly feel a feeling without analysis or control. This guided process let’s you take any feeling and experience it more fully – especially the positive ones.
