Brainwashing myself to Victory

Every time I won a big tennis-match, I played this song (see below) in the car. After five repetitions, the song became linked to victory in my subconscious.

After that, I could use the song BEFORE the match to gear up for victory. I only used it for important matches I knew I could win. It worked. I won all of them.

After three victories, I quit using the song. If used too often, it becomes stale. I might use it again at a later date.

Step 1: Condition yourself by using the same song every time something good happens

Step 2: Then use it in anticipation of or to favor the event of something good.

This works well for sports but you can also use it in Business or any other area of your life.

The success-soundtrack can be any genre, depending on the mood you’re looking for. Classical music for a calm and airy mood, hip hop for a more assertive mood, hard rock for more energy, jazz for smoothness, etc.

The idea is to play it every time you experience something you’d later like to experience more of. If you’re not experiencing the thing, you can substitute it with IMAGINATION while playing the song. For example, if you’re preparing for a job interview, you imagine getting the job while playing the song. You keep repeating that every day. Finally job-interview day arrives and you play the song on the way to the job-interview. You’re primed, pre-amped, conditioned.

You’re welcome.
