Baths and Energy

A photo of my portable rubber bathtub below. It’s in the garage that I’ve converted to a gym, but I usually take it outdoors because sun-rays on water and outdoor oxygen energize the water.

95% of the time it’s hot baths to relax muscles and release. 5% of the time it’s short 2-3-minute cold plunges where I fill cold water plus large ice-cubes. Cold plunges are rare because they are for re-sets only. Brief cold plunges or cold showers speed up metabolism but doing it for too long or too often actually slows down metabolism.

I experiment with putting in all kinds of stuff. My favorites are

Epsom Salt

Methylene Blue (credit to @RobertKennedyJr )

Electrified Water (credit to @ngoloTesla
and stuff I learned while researching my book “Healing Methods of the Antique Spa” and “Increase Your Energy – Book 2”)

I always BLESS the water before I get into it. The words spoken and visualized over water matter.
