* Don’t feed your child with baby formula, which University studies have linked to low IQ, feed real food (non-processed) or breastfeed.

* Don’t assume ignorance, assume a child is closer to a higher realm than you are (young and old people are closer to the other side). Have moderately sophisticated conversations with your child, depending on age.

* Keep screens (smartphone, tablet, TV, computer) away for as long as you can. Do books and picture books instead. Take some time to find intelligent books as many children’s books are dumbed down (assuming ignorance)

* Allow for abundant outdoor and physical activity early on. It’s good to be protective, but don’t be overprotective.

* Do as few vaccines as possible.

* Don’t use a plastic pacifier and not too many plastic toys. Also: Too many toys can stifle creativity.

* After age 6, teach your child methods of quieting the mind and inner exploration (prayer, focusing, imagining, writing, etc.).

* Pay attention to the example you set in the presence of your child. They learn more by who you are than what you tell them to think or do.

* The Matrix is set for indoctrination. School, Media, Parents etc. are continually telling children what to think and do. Good parenting offers some guidance and sets borders (yes/no) but also provides space in which a child can develop his or her own thoughts, ideas and will. When setting borders don’t use shame, guilt and fear but simple consequences for overstepping borders, without all the emotional blackmail.

* Facilitate social interaction with other children.
