2. What you have tried up to now to overcome the problem or achieve the goal
3. Whether you would like your custom Meditation to be 10, 15 or 20 Minutes
Allow 7 days for your Custom Meditation / Coaching Audio to be created.
I may have some questions that I will ask by email.
I will spend a few hours crafting your unique Meditation tailored to your special situation.
I will record it with a strong intention for your betterment, using the best possible tools I can source for the situation. You can use the Meditation again and again. You will receive your audio as a downloadable mp3-file which you can either burn to CD or put on your smartphone, i-phone or mp3-player.
