Feeling Life















Continued from “Can you feel it?”


We are used to categorizing our feelings as anger, sadness, fear but when integrating those energies you do not have to label them that way. If you allow yourself to simply experience them as energy, label them as energy or as feeling (or not to label them at all), they more easily integrate. 


Another way to transform the energy of feelings is to label them differently. That is an alternative method to integrate the energies. You would, for example, label fear “Excitement” and try to experience more of it, and more of it and more of it, pretending that you really wish to experience that. You`d be surprised at how rapidly fear dissolves. Just a moment ago you were really scared and then you are completely free of the bondage called “fear”. 


Sometimes it can be advisable to consciously say “hello” to your feelings or welcome them with gratitude. They are performing a fantastic service to you. You don’t want to get rid of your navigation system that is providing such valuable Feedback. There are various ways to “converse” with your feelings. You could ask: “Where are you from?” and see if your attention does not trace the feeling back to a past experience. You could ask: “What would I have to be thinking to feel this way?” and trace it back to some belief. You could ask “What do you want?” You could ask what the value of a particular feeling is or what its pay off is. Sincerity and Gratitude are the key. I know some people who actually manage to use my emotional clearing audios not to explore and integrate feelings but to suppress them even more. Its about the sincerity with which you use those audios. Do not use them to “get rid of that stuff quickly” but to explore and integrate. 


A trick to deepen emotional integration (= emotional releasing) is to not only welcome the feeling but also welcome the part of you that is trying to “handle” or “get rid of” the feeling and to also welcome the back-story to it and also the part of you that is wanting to change it and the part of you that is judging it and the part of you that intends to overcome it. Check whether you have unconsciously attached labels to the feeling and breathe/peel those labels off. 















Can you intensify the feeling you have? Can you de-intensify it? On a scale from 1 to 10 can you move it up and down that scale in intensity? Can you determine its color, weight and exact location? If it is in the chest, how many inches behind the surface of your chests skin is it? Can you see where it is and where it is not? Can you allow the energy to flow to another part of your body and then back to where it was? Could you generate the opposite feeling and then shift back and forth between the original feeling and its opposite? Is there an underlying deeper feeling than the one you are experiencing? Some things are not immediately visible. 


What happens when you to to its center? When you accomplish doing that, you will notice that behind the feeling there is….nothing. You have disappeared it. It is then replaced by an even deeper feeling. 


What causes you to stop or go out of fully experiencing your nature? What are the blocks to processing your emotions? The main block is resistance. But that resistance can manifest in many ways. Some who attempt to go deeper encounter new types of blocks…they lose control, lose consciousness, get confused, get distracted by something happening in their surroundings. 
I can’t tell you how often I have started a Coaching-Process with someone only for them to suddenly get distracted by something big happening in their life, a lot of work suddenly coming in, them suddenly meeting the woman/man of their dreams etc. Even positive events can be a distraction to fully experiencing. 


“Yeah, I was just starting the process of feeling-life, as you recommended to me, but then, a few days ago I met the woman of my dreams and kind of forgot practicing”. someone told me in an email today. There are millions of reasons not to start the process of feeling life. These reasons are subconsciously created to keep yourself from becoming lighter. Why are you preventing yourself from that? Because it messes with the Amnesia you came to earth with intentionally (see Lives of the Soul to learn more about the souls basic loss of memory). 


Remember that you are never overwhelmed by a feeling but by your resistance towards them. It’s your own pushing that is feeling intense, not the feeling itself. Try to raise your threshold of overwhelm so that you can take more, so that you can say “yes” to more. Once you can say “yes” to anything that comes up and take it inside you to integrate it, there will no longer be a need for you to reincarnate to the earthly plane. What follows are examples of things humanity has yet to emotionally integrate.

All feelings and energies are stored in the body or in the energy-field surrounding the body. Once something is integrated you will experience relief or gain in energy or understanding. A good chunk of your emotions are stuck in the muscles, which is why sports tends to release stuck emotions and traumatic incidents. If you have an aversion towards sports you might want to rethink your stance. 


To increase feeling something you might want to place your palm there. The reason we lay our hands on people when healing them is to help them integrate the energy. Placing your palm on your forehead, the back of your head or on your heart can also intensify your sense of feeling yourself. Pressing two fingers in the notch below the nose is another way you can activate feeling. Yet another way is to ask “What if I experience this forever?” or “What if I never again experience this?”. Absolute statements tend to bring up subconscious pockets of emotion. Many feelings are connected to memories. Therefore, an emotional clearing session may bring up things you have not remembered in a long time. 


Most pockets of stuck energy are in the torso and there in the various chakras, especially the stomach,, solar-plexus and chest. But they do not have to be there. An energy can be under your armpit, in your forehead, in your foot, slightly outside of your face, slightly outside of your back or wherever else in your energy field. Get a felt sense of where the energy or stuckness is. Experience it fully. Return to serenity, love and power.
